The LMK-GA mini crane extends the LMK range with an articulated jib variant that has unique advantages on narrow construction sites and when building against existing masonry. The special feature is the five joint elements that enable the boom to nestle up against the crane mast in an extremely space-saving manner or to extend up to a full 5 m. A light hand movement is all it takes to extend and retract, as the solidly mounted connection points of the articulated arm ensure smooth operation and durability at the same time. The high-quality workmanship guarantees a long service life and reliable operation even with demanding use in the equipment rental market. All the requirements of the latest machines and safety guidelines are met by the masonry crane. The travel drive supports easy and energy-saving working with the mini crane. A radio remote control is part of the standard equipment. The maximum hook height is 5,000 mm. The load capacity on the 5 m boom is 400 kg.
The mini crane is equipped with a 400 V motor and significantly accelerates the processes involved in increasingly complex building construction projects. The articulated arm is the ideal solution for easy and at the same time precise handling of large and heavy blocks in confined spaces. Especially when building in vacant lots and when building in inner cities, the bricklayer crane with its articulated joints is unbeatably efficient and, with its height-adjustable feet, enables stone pallets and other obstacles to be driven over. The large slewing ring ensures smooth rotation even under heavy loads. Frame and chassis are galvanized and resist both rust and the toughest operating conditions. The maintenance-friendly design ensures quick and easy access to all service points such as fuses, lubrication points and the chain hoist.
With the help of the electro-hydraulic pump, the mini crane can be set up and dismantled in a short time and without any effort. The chain hoist can be quickly assembled and dismantled in just a few simple steps. During transport, the mini crane with articulated jib impresses with its compact dimensions. The ingenious construction can be folded into a cuboid measuring 2,400 × 2,400 × 2,350 mm (L × W × H). The dead weight is 2,780 kg with ballast or, 1,310 kg without ballast. It is ballasted with four weights of approx. 365 kg each. At the front and in the rear area of the mini crane there are fastening options on the frame for load securing with tension belts.
