The LMK 400 TFE / DK mini crane meets all the requirements of the latest machine and safety regulations. The TFE / DK version is equipped with a telescopic boom and travel drive, and features electrohydraulic assembly and dismantling, rotating tower drive and trolley drive. Because of the intense collaboration with users and its TÜV certification the design ensures that the masonry crane is both best practice and user orientated to safely meet the demands of the construction site. The mini crane’s high-quality workmanship and easy operation ensure outstanding reliability, a long service life and minimal operating errors. The mini crane has a hook height of 4,500-6,000 mm. The load capacity on the 5 m boom is 400 kg.
The mini crane with 400 V motor speeds up and considerably simplifies building construction. It is very useful for moving bricks as well as heavy large format blocks. A unique system for improving performance in masonry construction, the mini crane can work in conjunction with the LISSMAC DTS 420 PE-N stone saw for setting large format blocks. Even with high loads, the large slewing ring ensures a smooth turning movement. The base frame, tower and boom are completely hot-dip galvanized, so rust is not an issue for the masonry crane, which is designed for the toughest operating conditions. The mini crane includes an HBC radio remote control but can optionally have an EHS single-hand control for the chain hoist and drive mechanisms.
With its electrohydraulic pump, the mini crane can be effortlessly and quickly be assembled and dismantled. Dismantling is also possible without a power connection. For additional safety the machine has a locking cylinder with a socket pin. The chain hoist is also quick to assemble and disassemble. The power supply is integrated in the boom by means of a cable drag device protecting it against the risk of crushing. The construction also proves to be practical during transport as the inclined position of the boom allows two mini cranes to be fitted on a 7 metre platform. Additionally, the crane can be moved horizontally, in its transport position or vertically, when assembled, with a forklift.
