The LIBELT 300 conveyor belt moves bulk and individual loads quickly and efficiently. The powerful mobile conveyor belt gives significant work advantages and considerable cost savings both on the construction site and in difficult-to-access terrain. The 3.140 mm long conveyor belt is ready for operation immediately after connecting the 230 V supply line and, with it its reliable gear drive, can move loads of up to 225 kg up gradients of up to 40 degrees.
The extremely versatile conveyor belt proves its strengths when excavating or when transporting building materials. It is ideal for the transport of bulk goods as well as for building renovation, gutting and demolition work. Other applications include landscaping. A robust tubular steel frame forms the solid basis of this durable conveyor belt. Standard equipment includes a highly resistant PVC cleat band with V-guide to optimally contain the goods to be transported.
One of the practical features of this mobile conveyor belt is that it is particularly easy to clean and maintain, while one person belt changes are fast and easy. Forklift strap points enable the conveyor belt to be transported quickly and easily. The special power supply with integrated connection cable and automatic pull-out mechanism enables up to three conveyor belts to be connected together.
