Levelling-Deburring Line
Thanks to modern machine controls, LISSMAC machines can be seamlessly linked to upstream and downstream processes in order to efficiently automate production workflows.
Modularly expandable with high connectivity: LISSMAC systems can be flexibly integrated into existing or new production lines – regardless of the manufacturer. Open interfaces (e.g., Siemens S7-1200, Profinet, web servers) enable simple machine networking and central control. Machine parameters such as current machine status, recipe data, feed rate, material thickness, processing material, current and power consumption can be transmitted automatically, e.g., via barcode or PN coupler (Profinet).
Application example – automated deburring-levelling line with KOHLER:
This automated straightening and deburring line combines deburring, edge rounding, and straightening of sheet metal parts in a continuous process—without any manual intermediate steps. The LISSMAC deburring machine is connected to a KOHLER part straightening machine and controlled centrally.
The LISSMAC SBM-L G1S2 processes both sides in a single operation, saving up to 60% time and up to 75% energy – with high processing quality for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. Upstream or downstream, the KOHLER Peak Performer ensures precise, tension-free straightening. The completely hydraulic-free machine is energy-efficient, low-maintenance, and, thanks to extended cleaning, also suitable for non-deburred parts. The two machines are connected to each other via a conveyor belt. After successful processing, the components can optionally be returned to the start of the straightening and deburring line via a return conveyor belt. This makes the system ideal for one-man operation.
Controlled fully automatically – via central parameters such as material thickness or feed speed – the entire process runs continuously without any operator intervention.
