The VACUUM-WET 501 dirty water extraction unit is designed for quick and easy attachment to the UNICUT 610 floor saws using an attachment kit. The slurry extraction unit for floor saws operates as a closed system, which is driven by the floor saw via a hydraulic interface.
The wet extraction system for floor saws removes the cutting slurry during sawing, with the advantage that the saw blade does not have to cut any additional material. Extracting the material reduces friction on the blade and thus reduces the temperature at the saw blade. The hydraulic dirty water extraction system achieves flow rates of 2,200 m³/h (air) and 2,450 l/h (water).
The use of mobile sludge extraction for wet cutting work conserves resources by minimising fresh water consumption. The cutting/cooling water sludge can be collected, cleaned and reused as cutting/cooling water.
