How should I send you my application documents?
Please apply only via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications submitted via other channels cannot be considered. If you have questions in advance, our recruiters will gladly assist you.
What application documents do I need to provide?
A complete application is always beneficial and accelerates the application process. Please attach all relevant documents like your cover letter, CV and certificates to your application. We are, of course, also interested in why you are applying with us and which special skills you bring with you for the advertised position. Your availability and a rough idea of your desired salary round out the application.
I received further documents relevant to my application after I submitted it. How can I submit them?

Can I apply for several positions at once?
You are welcome to apply for several advertised positions.
Can I reapply if I am rejected?
Of course you are welcome to apply for other open positions or at another time after receiving a rejection. Just because we chose another applicant for a specific position, doesn’t mean you are not suitable for our company. So don’t give up, we are always pleased to receive your application!
What is the typical LISSMAC application process?
The duration of the application process and the number of application steps depends largely on the position for which you are applying. There are usually two interviews. The first is primarily to get to know each other. The second interview is for a technical and personal exchange. By the way, LISSMAC consciously does without an assessment centre because we prefer to get to know applicants in interviews.
I found another job. How can I withdraw my application?

When can I expect feedback?
As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a receipt confirmation via email. We make an effort to review your application as quickly as possible and forward it to the technical department so they can review your technical qualifications. In most cases, you receive feedback from us about your application quickly.
What are the interview like?
The focus of the interviews is a mutual exchange. We would like to get to know you personally and with respect to your skills and also allow you space to ask questions and clarify open issues. Your motivation and your personal background are just as important to us as your technical skills.
Does LISSMAC treat my application data confidentially?
Of course. With the exception of the human resources department and the head of the respective department, no one has access to your data or documents. The data are deleted after the application process is completed and after any potential deadlines for filing claims, unless you have given your consent for us to save your application for positions advertised at a later date. If your application for a specific job posting, we will save your application data after the application process for this position is complete only if required to preserve our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. F of the GDPR; this is, at most, 6 months or according to your consent declaration.
