Our modern production systems and regular investment in new machines place a strong emphasis on energy-efficient production.

Responsible and lawful behaviour is an integral part of our corporate culture and is a prerequisite for the success of our business. For this reason, every single employee is obliged to act conscientiously and to comply with this code of conduct, other company guidelines and applicable laws.

We also expect this from our business partners, especially with regard to human rights, occupational health and safety, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.We expect this kind of understanding and attitude not only from all of our employees, but also from our business partners. The following requirements specify the expectations of LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH with regard to the attitude and behaviour of business partners in their business activities, especially suppliers and sales partners. The requirements are considered to be and assumed as the basis for a successful business relationship between LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH and its partners.

In order to avoid legal risks and questions about compliance with our code of conduct, all employees can address their questions to the management and the relevant specialist department, in particular to the Commercial Manager of LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH. The LISSMAC Compliance Contact is another point of contact for employees, customers, suppliers and other external persons with regard to compliance-related issues. The TISAX Assessments are conducted by accredited audit providers that demonstrate their qualification at regular intervals. TISAX and TISAX results are not intended for general public.

For the LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH confidentiality, availability and integrity of information have great
value. We have taken extensive measures on protection of confidential information. Therefore, we follow the question catalogue of information security of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA).
