WNA 3500
Wet dust separator for aluminium machine types
The air is cleaned by swirling the dust with water. Simultaneously the air is centrifuged in the W-swirl. The air inlets of the swirl are partly flooded by the water. The mixture of air and dust – flowing in with high speed – drags along the water. This causes an intensive turbulence and breakup of the air bubbles. The water is pulled with high speed along the side of the fixtures of the lower swirl duct. At the same time, it is centrifuged with high speed against the following upper swirl part. The flow direction is changed again and the water follows the upper swirl-curve. The air flow corresponds to a W because it is changing the direction four times. At the end of this direction change a close water curtain is ejected. The entire pure air space is covered by this method. The dust particles in the air flow are enclosed with the water because of the strong turbulences in the swirl. Because of the water absorption the dust particles increase their mass. Therefore the separating and/or ejecting effect increases. The water particles drug along by the pure air flow are held back by the water separator, integrated in the air vent, and led back into the washing process. The separated dust particles are deposited as sludge in the lower water tank. This sludge can be discharged by the 2” ball valve installed at the lowest place of the wet dust separator.
- Optimally adjusted to LISSMAC grinding machines for aluminium
- The sturdy, high performance fan is suitable for continuous operation
- The fan is equipped with a maintenance-poor engine
- The impellers can be optimized for your special application by rotor blades with different diameters and curvatures
- The container water is used again and again. Pumps or nozzles, which can lead to disturbances, are not used
