OXIDE FILM REMOVAL - B-TOOL

Effective oxide layer removal on all cut surfaces of inside and outside contours. Special brushes on a power belt work across the cut surface and precisely remove the oxide layer. Removing rust, scale and dirt clearly improves the surface quality.

EDGE ROUNDING - S-TOOL

Flexible grinding modules on a power belt specifically process sharp cut edges of work-pieces. Secondary burrs are hereby also removed effectively and exactly. The grinding modules can be fitted with suitable grinding media to match application or material of the work-piece. Positive side effect: The surface of the entire workpiece is optimized, whereby galvanising and protective foil remain complete.

DEBURRING / EDGE ROUNDING OF THIN METAL SHEETS - G/S-TOOL

During deburring, a grinding belt processes the surface of the material. Burrs, surface spatter that can occur during punching or laser cutting and fine plasma burrs are removed specifically. While a slight surface cut results, the actual grinding process focuses on the cut edge.

SLAG REMOVAL - D-TOOL

So-called power pins (hard metal) installed on a power belt have a specific effect on the workpiece edge. The slag can thus be removed simply and effectively. Mechanical chipping achieves clear savings in tool costs. Efficient processing, because time consuming and costly grinding processes are omitted.

DEBURRING / EDGE ROUNDING OF THICK METAL SHEETS- G/S-TOOL

Two grinding belts are used because of the bigger burr that results during plasma and gas cutting. The surface grinding focuses on the cut edges of the workpiece.
