The innovation - In the dry processing method, the highly efficient two-sided processing of all cut contours (outside and inside contours) on sheets is done in only one work process. Two-sided synchronous processing offers highest productivity in the production process of our customers. The processing principle of LISSMAC systems guarantees across the entire working with optimal tool utilisation because the processing of the workpiece is always crossways to the feed direction.The LISSMAC system portfolio comprises three machine series. Depending on production task or sheet thickness, the M, L or XL series is used. These machine models differ in the number of assemblies for workpiece processing.

Depending on the application, there are several proven LISSMAC tools available which can be used in different tool combinations for oxide film removal, edge rounding, slag removal and deburring.

Depending on the series, sheets with thicknesses between 0.5 mm and 120 mm can be processed. In contrast with conventional grinders, LISSMAC SBMs win over customers with more efficient processing times and working time savings of up to 60 %.
