Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung im Ausland, vorzugsweise in der Baubranche
• Sie sind technisch versiert
• Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick und strategisches Denken
• Zielorientiertes Arbeiten und Verkaufen sind Ihre Stärken
• Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch
• Sie sprechen Deutsch (vorzugsweise) oder Englisch flüssig in Wort und Schrift
• Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft mit

The LISSMAC Group manufactures construction machinery, sheet-metal processing machines, high-tech special-purpose machines and industrial handling equipment. In the Construction Machinery and Equipment division we sell our products primarily through specialist dealers.

To expand our team in our CIS/East Europe sales territory, we are seeking a regional sales manager [m/f] to join our company as soon as possible.

Your profile:

• You have several years of sales experience, in the construction industry
• You are highly skilled in negotiation and strategic thinking
• You possess professional qualifications, preferably in the construction industry proper, as well as technical expertise
• Your strengths include goal-oriented working and selling

Your responsibilities:

• New customer acquisition and support of the existing customer base
• Effective conversion of the potential of the existing customer base into sales
• Product presentation at construction sites and trade shows
• Market analysis and information procurement
• Technical consulting and active selling
